In his current role he is responsible to drive the Company affairs in accordance with Board of Directors Vision and Mission. He is a Corporate Governance Certified Director under Directors Training Program. He is also on the Boards of Saritow Spinning Mills Limited, Kohinoor Industries Limited, Kohinoor Power Company Limited and Kohinoor Energy Limited.

Mr. Muhammad Ashraf did his M.B.A. degree in Finance from The University of Lahore. He joined Kohinoor Energy Limited in 1994 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees all financial, strategic, and operational affairs of the company.
Since May 13, 2024, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf has also joined KEL Power Solutions (Private) Limited as Chief Operating Officer and Director. He is responsible for managing the company’s affairs in accordance with the Board of Directors’ vision and mission and managing all financial, strategic and operational aspects of the company.

Syed Manzar Hassan is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Management, Financial Management Reporting and handling Corporate Matters with a Specialization in Corporate Finance. He is an Executive Director on the Board of and Chief Financial Officer Pak Elektron Limited (PEL). He joined PEL in 1998 and is responsible for financial matters including budgeting and financial planning. In his current role, he is responsible for all necessary financing arrangements for smooth cash flow, budgeting and business planning, management and corporate accounting, company taxation and regulatory issues and company IT resource management. Mr. Faisal Riaz has done Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan in 1999. He has completed the studies for Certified Public Accountant (CPA-USA). He has professional affiliations as fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and Associate member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA).
Mr. Faisal has been associated with Wärtsilä since 2005 and during his tenure he has performed different roles. Wärtsilä is a well known multinational leading name in Power Generation and Marine business since 1834, having its Head Quarter in Finland, with existence in more than 70 countries all across the world with the strength of more than 19,000 employees globally, having annual turnover of around 5,000 Million Euros.
Currently he is working as Business Controller at Wärtsilä for Middle and South Asia Region covering 16 countries. Key focus areas are development of new business plans, coordinating the setup of new legal setups and implementation of organizations’ long term strategy. He has also been playing key role during new mergers and acquisitions making business a ‘successes’. Moreover he is supporting the management of Wärtsilä as a role of ‘Strategic developer’ to formulate the business visions and taking necessary actions which are must for the growth and business continuity of an organization.
Since, Nov 01, 2018 Mr. Faisal is also performing as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Wärtsilä Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited and since Jan 07, 2019 he has also been assigned on the Board of KEL as director.
